*Additional charge of $35.00 per hour if you request us to edit your video tapes while duplicating. (Editing is watching the tape, then omiting the bad or unwanted footage)

We stand behind our duplications. Normally, if you present us with a good quality videotape, recorded in SP mode, we can duplicate that footage to VHS without any noticable loss of quality. Videotapes recorded in LP or SLP mode will suffer some loss of quality during the duplication process.
We don't normally duplicate videotapes recorded in the LP or SLP mode to SLP mode. The quality deteriorates dramatically when recorded in this fashion. We do it at times, but we can't assure you of top quality reproductions.
